CanadaIt can be tricky to dissolve, so any tips would be welcome. I currently add it to my frother when I hear milk, which works well. But I was wondering about cold drinks.This aside I have noticed pain relief of general aches associated with arthritis.

CanadaWell I have been taking Marine Collagen for one month now. Haven’t noticed much to date as I have very bad shoulders and know it will take longer than a month. Most days I can get two doses in. CanadaFirstly, I read so many reviews saying after one week they saw incredible results, so I was expecting that too. This is now week four and only now do a few deep wrinkles appear a little less noticeable, my joints are not quite so sore and my hair is definitely shinier. I had a bone density test just recently so looking forward to seeing if things have improved by the time the next appointment roles around. As for taste ... at first I almost gave up as the smell and taste almost made me sick. I tried it in various different drinks but just felt I couldn't keep taking it unless I could find a good alternative. Finally, I gave orange juice a try and after mixing, left it for 15 minutes and it's fine. So glad i just persevered to find what works as I really want all the benefits.
I am very hopeful that this collagen will help me in the tightening of my skin, and strength of my nails and hair. Using 2 scoops every morning (along with a Vitamin C supplement), I have just completed one full container and started the second one. So far, I have not noticed a very noticeable difference in my skin/hair/nails, but am very hopeful. I was told it would take about 2 months (2 containers) before noticing any significant changes. So this review may be just a bit too early.
