I have been using Deep Marine collagen for a while andfor my osteoarthritis knees I have been able to walk on unlevel grass and go up and down stairs with less pain, I can do my shopping without having to pop pain pills before I go and also able to cut my grass without pills. I use it in my morning tea and love it.

I really don't expect to as I know when taking any supplement it takes at least 3 months for any real changes to be noticed.
